How to check APN settings on Android

Most networks send the APN settings to your phone automatically when the eSIM connects. A few operators in some countries do not. If you have signal but no internet, check this setting.
Check the APN
- Google Pixel: open Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > your eSIMtime eSIM. Samsung: open Settings > Connections > Mobile networks.
- Tap Access Point Names.
- Check that an APN is selected for the eSIM. If none is listed, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram for the APN of your plan, then tap Add (+), enter it, save and select it.
- Restart your phone.
Still no internet?
Make sure roaming is on and that the eSIM is selected for mobile data.
Some operators take up to 10 minutes to register an eSIM the first time. Wait a few minutes after restarting.
