REFUND POLICY

Conditions

Refund requests can be made up to 3 days before the expiration date of the purchased plan.

Unused plans connected to eSIMs that have been added to any device and have therefore lost their ability to be resold will be refunded by deducting the eSIM fee.

If a refund is requested for plans that have not been added to any device and whose plan content has not been used, all fees paid will be fully refunded.

Since the reflection of the usage in the system is delayed, the refund requests are made after 24 hours.

The payment refund is returned to the user's credit in the system.

To request a refund, you can send an e-mail to info@esimtime.com specifying your user ID or log in to your account and create a request from there.

If return is accepted, we’ll refund the payment to the user's credit in the system.

Damages and Issues

No eSIM fee is requested from our users during the sale, but in cases where the eSIM allocated to the user has been used in refund requests, has been installed on any device and has lost its resalable feature, but no data from the plan content has been used, the refund is made by deducting the eSIM fee.

If any data from the purchased plan content is used, no refund will be made.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, your system credits will be automatically credited.
